Refine Logo Text Layout

I want to adapt my logo to fit in with the design of the new shirt for the team i sponsor. As you can see from the images the main front of shirt sponsor has a black outline. My logo will go on the sleeve and will sit roughly where i have the mock up... (Budget: £10 - £20 GBP, Jobs: Branding, Logo Design, Photoshop)
