Please read carefully. If you do not follow the exact application instructions at the bottom, your proposal will be archived instantly without being read. We are a specialized AI Governance and Automation consultancy based in Canada (EST time zone). We secure M365 Copilot deployments and build private, compliant AI workflows for legal and financial firms. We are not looking for a "Virtual Assistant." We are looking for a Senior Technical Operator. You must be an autonomous problem-solver who can read Microsoft API documentation, write clean Python/PowerShell scripts, and architect stable webhooks in n8n. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Architect and debug multi-step data pipelines in n8n (connecting HubSpot, Smartlead, Outlook, and external APIs). - Write and execute PowerShell scripts to audit M365 Tenant security (SharePoint permissions, Sensitivity Labels, DLP policies). - Write Python scripts to sanitize unstructured data or execute headless browser scraping. - Leverage LLMs (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to multiply your coding output and work at 10x speed. REQUIREMENTS: - Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON data structures, and webhook payloads. - High proficiency in Python and basic M365 PowerShell. - Flawless written English (you will be formatting executive technical reports based on your audit findings). - High autonomy. We will hand you a business problem; you must architect the technical solution. HOW TO APPLY (MANDATORY): Do not send a generic cover letter. We will not read it. Start your proposal with the word "SOVEREIGN". Then, provide a link to a 2-to-3 minute Loom video of yourself. In the video, share your screen and briefly explain how you would approach the following problem: "A client needs us to scan their Microsoft 365 tenant to find all SharePoint folders specifically shared with 'Everyone except external users.' How would you conceptually build this audit script, and how could you link the output to an n8n webhook?" Proposals without the initial keyword and the Loom video link will be discarded immediately.
