Senior AI Engineer to Build Gezana AI Assistant for Enterprise ERP

Project Overview We are building GezanaERP, a modern enterprise ERP platform developed with ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. The system already includes multiple business modules and is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a highly experienced AI engineer to design and implement Gezana AI Copilot, an intelligent assistant deeply integrated into the ERP platform. This is not a simple chatbot project. The AI must understand ERP business processes, retrieve enterprise data securely, assist users throughout the application, and eventually become the intelligent operating layer of GezanaERP. Project Goal Design and build Gezana AI Copilot, an enterprise AI assistant capable of: Understanding ERP data Answering business questions Executing ERP commands Generating reports Summarizing information Assisting users in daily operations Becoming the central AI experience across GezanaERP Responsibilities The selected engineer will help architect and implement: AI Architecture AI Copilot architecture Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Knowledge indexing Context management Multi-module integration Prompt engineering Conversation memory AI orchestration ERP Integration Integrate AI with ERP modules including: HR Finance Procurement Inventory CRM Maintenance Real Estate School NGO SACCO The AI should understand module context and answer questions based on authorized ERP data.
