Senior Business Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Business Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver reliable automation solutions that support organizational growth and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. - Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, and other enterprise integration technologies. - Build and maintain integrations between CRM, ERP, project management, accounting, document management, and cloud-based business applications. - Develop and consume REST APIs, configure webhooks, and manage data exchange using JSON and HTTP protocols. - Create AI-assisted solutions to automate document processing, data validation, reporting, customer onboarding, and internal operations. - Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maximize reliability and scalability. - Produce technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures for deployed automation systems. - Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and department managers to gather requirements and deliver automation projects on schedule. - Ensure automation solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and data integrity standards. - Research emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend solutions that support business objectives. Qualifications - Experience developing workflow automation solutions using Make.com, n8n, or similar integration platforms. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations. - Experience integrating enterprise business applications and cloud services. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
