Senior Full-Stack Developer - Fintech/Lending Platform on AWS (Long-Term)

We're a licensed California commercial factoring company (invoice factoring / accounts receivable financing) building a proprietary underwriting and loan origination platform, hosted on AWS. We already have working, tested credit-decisioning logic in Python - your job is to build the real platform around it: user accounts, an applicant intake portal, a team dashboard, document management, and eventually a monitoring engine for funded accounts. This handles sensitive data (SSNs, bank information, EINs), so security best practices aren't optional. What we need: Full-stack development, hosted on AWS specifically (we're standardizing on AWS since our two main technology partners - RoxWrite and FactorCloud - both run on it, and it widens the qualified talent pool) Experience with financial services, lending, or fintech platforms strongly preferred Comfortable porting existing business logic (we'll provide working, tested Python code) into a production application Strong communication - we want a working demo every week, not monthly written reports Engagement: long-term, phased project (roughly 12 months), weekly milestones with clear "done" criteria provided upfront for every phase.
