Senior Full Stack Developer for Migration

We have an existing production internal CRM and operations platform built with Lovable that is actively used by our team. The platform already includes: * Large PostgreSQL database with significant production data * Authentication and role-based permissions * Multiple dashboards and management panels * Reporting and analytics systems * Financial tracking and accounting panels * Lead and CRM management * Team management tools * Notifications and automations * Telegram integrations and bots * Background jobs and scheduled tasks * File uploads and document management * Statistics, comparisons and forecasting features * Multiple admin and operational workflows * Existing Git repository and working codebase Project Goal: Migrate the entire application from Lovable to our own self-hosted infrastructure while preserving all existing functionality, database structure and production data. Requirements: * Analyze the existing codebase and architecture * Migrate the database schema and production data safely * Migrate integrations, automations and background jobs * Preserve authentication, permissions and workflows * Deploy and configure the application on our own infrastructure * Ensure everything functions exactly as it does today * Deliver a maintainable codebase that can continue to be developed locally and with AI coding tools such as Cursor Please include: * Similar migration projects you have completed * Your recommended migration approach * Estimated timeline * Estimated cost This is not a new project.
