Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Project Lead Needed for AI-Powered CRM

Job Description We are building a large AI-powered business operations ecosystem that includes CRM workflows, client evaluations, dashboards, automation, internal execution systems, AI-assisted recommendations, and role-based user portals. We need an experienced developer who is not only strong technically, but also highly experienced in project management and leading software teams to complete complex builds on deadline. This is not a basic development role. We need someone who can step in, understand the existing vision, organize the build plan, manage priorities, identify risks, lead execution, and help us move quickly toward launch. What We Are Building The ecosystem includes: AI-powered client evaluation system CRM-style client pipeline and lifecycle tracking Internal project/workflow management system Client dashboards Team dashboards Operational scorecards Automation workflows AI-assisted recommendations Proposal and onboarding flows Role-based access for internal team, clients, and partners Integrations with CRM, analytics, financial, and communication tools Experience with AI systems, CRM platforms, automation tools, dashboards, and business workflow platforms is strongly preferred. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: Led large software projects from planning to delivery Managed or coordinated development teams Strong full-stack development experience Strong project management skills Deep understanding of AI tools, AI workflows, and AI-assisted software features Experience building CRM ecosystems, dashboards, or operations platforms Ability to convert business requirements into technical execution plans Ability to identify what should be built now vs later Ability to create clean architecture, milestones, and development priorities Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work fast without creating technical chaos Responsibilities You will help us: Review the current project scope and ecosystem vision Create a clear technical roadmap Break the project into development milestones Identify what must be built first to meet deadlines Lead technical planning and execution Build or oversee full-stack development Help structure AI features and automation logic Create clean database and system architecture Organize tasks for developers Review work quality Prevent scope creep Help us hit our launch deadline Technical Experience Preferred Experience with some of the following is preferred: React / Next.js Node.js Python Supabase / Firebase / PostgreSQL API integrations CRM systems Workflow automation AI / LLM integrations OpenAI API or similar AI tools Dashboard development Role-based permissions SaaS platforms No-code/low-code tools when useful Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar platforms Project Management Experience Required You should be able to: Create development roadmaps Manage sprints Define milestones Create task lists Assign priorities Estimate timelines Identify blockers Communicate risks early Keep the team focused Translate founder vision into executable technical work Important We do not need someone who only waits for tasks. We need someone who can think like a technical operator, product architect, and project lead.
