Senior Odoo Developer / Crack (Freelance, Direct Hire – No Agencies)

We are looking for a highly skilled, independent Senior Odoo Developer to work with us directly on a ongoing freelance basis. We already have business process experts and functional leads in-place, but we need top-tier Python/Odoo engineering power to implement complex customizations, refactor existing code, and build clean, scalable module architectures. If you are an agency, please do not apply. We are explicitly looking for an individual developer/freelance expert with whom we can communicate and collaborate directly. Key Responsibilities: Custom Odoo module development (backend Python, JavaScript/OWL frontend, QWeb reports). Code review, refactoring, and performance optimization of existing Odoo implementations. Clean integration via Odoo API (REST / External APIs). Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following Odoo guidelines. Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Versions , 18, 19, 19+). Deep mastery of Python, PostgreSQL, ORM, and Odoo architecture. Solid experience with OWL (Odoo Web Library) and modern JS framework in Odoo. Strong background in git workflow, module deployment, and Odoo.sh / self-hosted environments. Ability to think critically: You don't just blindly write code, you question specs if there is a cleaner/native Odoo way. Fluent in English (clear direct communication).
