We have a premium private transfer ecosystem called Way2Go, which operates as a product layer on top of transferCRM (via API v2). Our business roadmap also includes expanding into tours in the future. Our current ecosystem runs on a shared hosting environment (cPanel) and is strictly built on WordPress (untouched Core, custom plugins, and a child theme), communicating with the CRM and the Vendus API for automated fiscal invoicing. What we need from you: Continued development and refinement of the bidirectional integration of APIs and Webhooks (with a strict fail-safe policy and event deduplication). Extreme performance optimization of WordPress (Core Web Vitals / MySQL database) for this booking flow. What we already have ready to hand over to you: You won't be starting from scratch or working in the dark. We have a complete Technical Transition Manual (4 Reports) detailing: The business logic and calculation rules (internal unit in milicents). The complete database schema (v1.2.1) separating the WP and SaaS layers. The exact mapping of webhooks, error payloads, and our asynchronous "transient bridge." The Design System ("Quiet Luxury") and mobile-first UI/UX guidelines for the operation.
