Social Media Manager & Content creator

Company: PC GARDEN | New Elephant Road, Dhaka PC GARDEN, a trusted name in the computer and technology industry since 1997, is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator for increasing Sales and Branding . Job Responsibilities * Manage and grow PC GARDEN’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms as well as website. * Create engaging Facebook Posts, Reels, Short Videos, Stories, and Promotional Content. * Plan and maintain a consistent monthly/weekly content calendar. * Create content around PC components, monitors, SSD/NVMe, PC builds, CCTV, accessories, TVs, and other technology products. * Take product photos and videos and create attractive promotional content. * Write engaging captions in Bangla and English. * Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns. * Monitor customer comments, messages, and inquiries and coordinate with the sales team when necessary. * Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports. * Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, leads, store visits, and sales. * Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Reels formats, and digital marketing strategies. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing. * Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads. * Experience in creating Reels and short-form video content. * Basic Skills in PHP, OpenCart, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. * Good communication and copywriting skills in Bangla and English. * Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. * Experience in the technology/computer/e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
