SportsEngine Financial Data Integration Developer for Zite Owner Hub

We need a developer to build an authorized SportsEngine financial-data integration into an existing Zite Owner Hub. This is a small, solo owner-operated business with a limited budget, so we are starting with a tightly scoped paid proof of concept. Priority data - Parent payments and payment status - Delinquent or overdue balances - Installment schedules and installment status - Refunds and reversals Start with a small paid proof of concept. The proof of concept should confirm the safest supported access method (official API, authorized export, report download, or another method permitted by SportsEngine), import a limited sample, map records into the existing Zite data structure, and demonstrate reliable duplicate prevention. Requirements - Use only authorized access and supported methods; do not bypass access controls - Preserve source identifiers and timestamps - Use idempotent imports/upserts so rerunning a sync does not create duplicate payments, balances, installments, or refunds - Clearly flag updates, conflicts, missing fields, and failed imports - Protect parent and financial data; do not expose credentials or sensitive data in logs - Provide straightforward documentation and a handoff plan Proof-of-concept deliverables 1. Review available SportsEngine export/API options and recommend the best approach 2. Import a small authorized sample into the existing Zite Owner Hub 3. Demonstrate duplicate prevention by safely rerunning the same import 4. Show how delinquent balances, installments, and refunds are represented 5.
