Sr. Data Platform Engineer

I need someone to help us assess our current data ecosystem, catalog and tag the data, and recommend a future data strategy to enable the use of AI in a manner that is sustainable, predictable, and will stand up to FDA audits. All of data is currently on prem currently but we are open to moving to the cloud. I need someone that knows the right questions to ask to help us identify the gaps and transform how we do business from a data perspective. This is for small to mid size business that has existed for 50 years and has a dedicated IT team, but doesn't have anyone on staff with this skills set.
