Strong Frontend Wed Designer and Developer for Long-Term Work

Looking for a frontend web designer who is comfortable in raw HTML/CSS, can survive without react, and can create islands of interactivity in a lightweight framework like preact as needed. If you have done 3D, animations, combining gorgeous design and code, I want to see your work and give you a long term opportunity to let your creative abilities shine. Considerations before you apply: The level of commitment is 40 hours per week ongoing. Your first project after selection will be implementing a full website redesign and design system provided by a contract UX designer. We require cameras on Preferred work hours are 8am - 4pm AEST. Acceptable alternative work hours are 9am-5pm IST. We work together, cameras on, in a virtual office platform called Gather Town. Do not apply if you plan to work asynchronously, communicating over chat and email. We have an in-house design team. You are expected to be able to adapt your work to their needs - that includes submitting briefs to them, following up, and reproducing to their designs with high fidelity. Other times you will need to present designs of your own and proposed elements for their review in line with the corporate identity, and design guidelines. You will be working with a team of 8 full-stack developers. You need to be comfortable with managing on-page state, animations and interactions, and provide clean code that is as easy as possible to integrate into back-end. Full stack devs should not have to rewrite large chunks of what you created for them. You must be comfortable publishing static assets and HTML to content management systems, and contibuting your code to git repositories.
