I run several small online projects and need one adaptable partner who can switch smoothly between virtual-assistant duties and hands-on web development. On the assistant side you will help keep my digital workspace organised—sorting inboxes, documenting processes, and preparing quick status updates—so that I can focus on strategy. When it comes to the sites themselves, most are WordPress with a handful of custom HTML/CSS landing pages and the occasional Shopify storefront, so confidence working across those stacks is essential. Typical requests include creating or tweaking page templates, resolving plugin or theme conflicts, hard-ening security, improving load times, and rolling out new features in a clean, well-commented way. Communication is mainly asynchronous, but I do need at least one overlap hour with GMT+1 for questions and hand-offs. We will start with a brief paid trial; after that, plan for 10–15 hours a week of ongoing support. Deliverables for each assignment: • concise note of what was done and why • tidy, documented code committed via Git (or zipped if Git is not possible) • before/after screenshots or a live demo link • confirmation that the change is deployed and fully tested
