Experienced Thinkific Expert Needed to Rebuild and Launch Parent Subscription Program PROJECT OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Thinkific specialist to professionally rebuild and launch an existing parent-facing online enrichment program for children ages 3–8. This is not a request to create the educational content from scratch. We already have the Thinkific account, videos, printable materials, branding, product strategy, sales-page copy, pricing structure, email copy and a detailed implementation guide. We need a qualified professional to implement everything correctly inside Thinkific, connect the payment system, organize the learning experience, test the complete customer journey and prepare the program for launch. The program will be positioned as: Techie Kids Club at Home “One fun robotics and STEAM learning adventure every week for children ages 3–8.” The current site contains outdated messaging centered on coding and an educator-style course structure. The updated program must emphasize robotics, STEAM, creativity, sequencing, engineering thinking and problem-solving. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Thinkific Product Rebuild * Preserve the existing live course while building a new draft version. * Rename and reposition the product as “Techie Kids Club at Home.” * Remove outdated coding-led, teacher-facing and “course library” language. * Create a clean, professional parent experience. * Ensure the final product works properly on desktop, tablet and mobile. 2. Course and Lesson Organization Organize the curriculum into the following areas: * Start Here — Parent Welcome and Age-Track Selection * This Week’s Adventure * Discover — Ages 3–4 * Explore — Ages 5–6 * Build — Ages 7–8 * Completed Adventures * Parent Help Center Each lesson should clearly display: * Age track * Estimated completion time * Materials list * Parent-directed video * Hands-on activity * Printable guide * Discussion questions * Optional extension * Completion message The freelancer will move existing lessons into the appropriate age tracks and hide or remove teacher-development content from the parent product. 3. Thinkific Sales Page Build a professional sales page inside Thinkific using our completed copy and implementation package. The page will include: * Hero section * Program explanation * How It Works section * Parent benefits * Three age-track descriptions * Free sample lesson * Monthly and annual pricing * Parent testimonials * Frequently asked questions * Final enrollment call to action The freelancer must apply our existing Techie Kids Club branding and create a visually consistent, mobile-friendly presentation. 4. Free Sample Lesson Funnel * Create a separate free sample lesson or mini-course. * Do not require a credit card for the free lesson. * Include one complete video, activity, materials list, printable guide and extension. * Connect the free lesson to the monthly and annual membership offers. * Test registration, email delivery, lesson access and conversion links. 5. Payments and Subscription Setup The selected freelancer must have experience with Thinkific subscriptions and Stripe or Thinkific Payments. Required setup: * Monthly membership: $9.95 per month * Annual membership: $79 per year * Automatic recurring billing * Clear renewal and cancellation language * Automatic enrollment following successful payment * Proper handling of failed or canceled payments * Correct business statement descriptor * Complete checkout testing The business owner will personally authorize and connect the payment account. The freelancer must provide guidance and configure the Thinkific side correctly. 6.
