Budget: $300.0 FIXED / ⭐ 4.64 (263) United States

python, automation, api-integration, technical-analysis

I am looking for an experienced TradingView Pine Script developer to build a custom indicator for my discretionary day trading strategy. This is NOT an automated trading bot. The indicator will not generate Buy or Sell signals. It will not place trades. It will not connect to any broker. Its only purpose is to recognize my custom chart pattern, calculate a confidence score, and generate TradingView alerts. This is the first phase of a larger project. If Phase 1 is successful, I would like to continue working with the same developer on future enhancements. About Me I am a U.S. equity day trader. I trade manually using TradingView and Lightspeed Trader Pro. I have spent approximately one year developing and testing this setup. The final trading decision will always be made by me. Objective Each morning my TradingView Screener reduces thousands of U.S. stocks to approximately fifty to eighty large-cap stocks. Reviewing every chart manually takes too much time. I want a custom Pine Script indicator that evaluates my setup automatically and assigns a score so I only need to review the highest quality opportunities. Primary Timeframe The main timeframe is the 5-minute chart. The indicator should also work correctly on the 1-minute and 15-minute charts. Pattern Recognition Requirements The indicator should detect the following conditions. 1. Strong Long Tail Weight: 3 Points Detect a strong upper rejection wick following a strong upward intraday move. 2. Fair Value Gap (FVG) Weight: 2 Points Detect an ICT-style Fair Value Gap formed near the beginning of the move. 3. HH2 Compared with HH1 Weight: 2 Points This is one of the most important parts of the project. The indicator should recognize: HH2 is lower than HH1 (Preferred) HH2 is equal to HH1 (Acceptable) HH2 is higher than HH1 (Reject) The exact definition of HH1 and HH2 will be discussed before development begins. 4. Support or Trendline Break Weight: 2 Points Detect a valid support or trendline break after the exhaustion pattern develops. 5. Volume Expansion Weight: 1 Point Detect increased selling volume during the breakdown. Scoring System Long Tail = 3 Points Fair Value Gap = 2 Points HH2 compared with HH1 = 2 Points Support or Trendline Break = 2 Points Volume Expansion = 1 Point Maximum Score: 10 Points Indicator Output The indicator should display: Example: Score: 8 out of 10 It should also display which conditions have been satisfied. Example: Long Tail Fair Value Gap HH2 confirmed Support Break Volume Expansion TradingView Alerts Please create alert conditions such as: WATCH Score of 5 points or higher READY Score of 8 points or higher Alert message should include: Symbol Current Score Conditions detected Example: AMZN Score: 8 out of 10 Long Tail Fair Value Gap HH2 confirmed Support Break Important This indicator is not intended to generate Buy or Sell signals. It is a pattern recognition and scoring tool designed to reduce the number of charts I need to review manually. All trading decisions will remain manual. Deliverables Pine Script Version 5 or Version 6 source code Clean and well-commented code Installation instructions Small revisions after delivery if needed Future Work If Phase 1 is successful, I would like to continue working with the same developer on: TradingView Webhooks Claude AI integration AI ranking of candidate stocks Telegram notifications Email notifications These items are not included in this project. Please Include With Your Proposal Examples of Pine Script indicators you have developed. Experience with market structure or Smart Money Concepts. Experience detecting pivots, trendlines, Fair Value Gaps, or custom price action logic. Estimated timeline. Fixed-price quote for Phase 1. Please do not submit generic AI-generated proposals. I am looking for a developer who enjoys solving challenging price action problems and is interested in building a long-term working relationship.
