Title: UI/UX-Focused SaaS Developer Needed to Improve Existing Laravel Platform I’m looking for a UI/UX-focused SaaS developer who can also work directly in Laravel/PHP to improve an existing multi-business platform. Please do not apply unless you can show examples of SaaS dashboards, admin panels, CRM-style tools, reporting dashboards, or customer-facing web apps that you personally designed and helped build. This is not a design-only role. I need someone who can improve the product experience and also implement the changes, or work directly inside the existing Laravel codebase. The platform already works, but the user experience is not where it needs to be. It needs clearer dashboards, better customer records, better status visibility, useful KPIs, cleaner flows, and practical fixes that make it feel like a real product. Current system includes: * Laravel/PHP backend * MySQL database * Multi-business account structure * Customer/contact records * Review request automation * Telnyx SMS sending and inbound SMS webhooks * Acuity Scheduling data * Make.com workflows * Google Business Profile review replies * Google Business Profile posting * Basic dashboard and status tracking Main priorities: 1. Improve the dashboard layout and user experience 2. Create clearer customer/contact detail pages 3. Add useful KPI/reporting sections 4. Improve status visibility for SMS, reviews, replies, and failed actions 5. Add message history per customer 6. Add manual actions like Send Now, resend, and view failed SMS 7. Improve workflow visibility so users know what happened and when 8. Help make the platform cleaner, easier to use, and more market-ready 9. Implement practical frontend and backend changes in Laravel/PHP 10. Recommend what should be improved now versus later Important product areas: * Review request dashboard * Customer/contact timeline * SMS status and message history * Inbound customer replies * Google review reply tracking * Google Business Profile post tracking * Multi-business reporting * Basic KPI dashboard * Future features like missed-call text back, two-way SMS inbox, lead capture, and SMS campaigns Ideal experience: * SaaS UI/UX design * Dashboard design * Admin panel design * CRM or customer management interfaces * Laravel/PHP * MySQL * Blade, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Vue, React, or similar * API and webhook experience * Telnyx, Twilio, or SMS platforms * Google API or Google Business Profile API * KPI/reporting dashboards * Product thinking for business users Important: I need to see your actual work before moving forward.
