VN only Support engineer to fix bugs in a TypeScript / Next.js codebase using Claude Code

VN ONLY - HCM We are a remote-first software product team working with international clients. We are looking for a support engineer to take on the technical tickets our first-level support can't resolve — mainly codebase bugs. You take a bug all the way: understand it, fix it, ship it to production. What you'll do - Take on the bugs escalated by our first-level support - Through our internal tooling (a simple pull → fix → push workflow), analyse the problem, fix the code and push to production - Document and share common issues and their fixes - Work alongside our internal engineers on recurring problems What we're looking for - Engineer level: you already code and you understand code and architecture. Not a pure junior, not necessarily a senior - TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js - Comfortable using Claude Code — you don't need to write everything by hand, but you must genuinely understand the code. This is not a "vibe coder" role: diving into a codebase, understanding a bug and fixing it is the core skill - Excellent written English.
