I’m looking for someone to design a website for me and then if I’m happy with it to create it. The project involves creating a visually appealing and functional website that meets my business needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. If the design is satisfactory, there will be an opportunity to proceed with the development phase.
