WordPress Developer for 5-Page Business Site

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to create a 5-page business website with SEO/AEO/GEO optimization and a blog setup. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, WordPress, and PHP. The project involves designing a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicates our brand's message. Scope of work: Build a 5-page WordPress website using our existing content and layout specifications (copy, page structure, and wireframes/design direction will be provided — no content creation or design decisions needed from you). Pages: 5, exact structure will be shared at project start Implement using a modern, lightweight WordPress theme/page builder (e.g., Elementor, Bricks, or similar — open to your recommendation, but must be fast-loading and clean in the codebase) Technical SEO setup: proper heading hierarchy, meta tags, schema markup (Organization, FAQ, Article schema where relevant), XML sitemap, robots.txt, clean URL structure AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) readiness: structure content and markup so the site is easily parsed and cited by AI systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.) — this includes semantic HTML, structured data (schema.org), clear Q&A formatted sections, and llms.txt file if applicable Blog setup on a third-level subdomain (e.g., blog.ourdomain.com) — separate WordPress instance or multisite configuration, properly connected to the main site (shared branding/navigation, correct canonical/cross-domain SEO setup) Mobile responsive, fast page load (Core Web Vitals optimized) Multilage setup: the website will be in 2 languages Secure website against malware or similar Google Analytics / Search Console integration SSL, basic security hardening, and GDPR-compliant cookie/consent setup (we operate globally, EU-based) What we provide: Full page-by-page copy (final text, ready to implement) Layout/wireframe direction for each page Logo, brand colors, fonts, and any visual assets Domain and hosting access What we're looking for in you: -Proven experience building SEO-optimized WordPress sites (please share 2–3 portfolio examples) -Solid understanding of schema markup and technical SEO fundamentals -Experience setting up WordPress multisite or subdomain blog configurations -Familiarity with modern AEO/GEO concepts is a strong plus (i.e., you understand how AI search/answer engines crawl and cite content differently than traditional search) -Clear communication, ability to work with detailed specs we provide Timeline: write in the proposal the timing you are able to complete this job To apply, please include: -Final price (not hourly rate) -Links to 2-3 WordPress sites you've built (ideally with visible SEO/schema work) -Your approach to setting up a blog on a subdomain vs. subfolder, and why
