Use whichever platform you are most comfortable with. * The website should be easy to update and maintain from the WordPress admin. * Use editable text and images throughout the site. * Build a blog index and single blog post template. * Build the contact form and configure email submissions. * Follow current WordPress development best practices. * Optimize images and assets for performance. * Keep plugins to what is necessary.
