About Me I am a business coach for vacation rental hosts in the German-speaking market. I help hosts increase occupancy, generate more bookings, and grow their revenue. The assistant will help vacation rental hosts improve occupancy, increase revenue, and make better business decisions. I do not want another generic ChatGPT chatbot. Instead, the AI should primarily rely on my own knowledge base, coaching methods, and experience. Users should be able to upload a screenshot of their booking calendar from platforms such as: • Booking.com • Airbnb • A PMS (Property Management System) • Any other booking platform The AI should automatically analyze the calendar and identify: • Available dates • Booked dates • Booking gaps • Occupancy patterns • High season vs. low season • Critical vacancies After the analysis, users should be able to ask questions such as: • I want to fill the period from November 5th to November 20th. What should I do? • Which marketing activities would you recommend? • Should I reduce my prices or improve my marketing? • Which target audience should I focus on during this period? • What Facebook posts should I publish? • Which email should I send to previous guests? • Which three actions will have the biggest impact right now? Currently, this includes several hundred hours of video content as well as: • Word documents • PDFs • Text files • Workshop materials • Facebook posts • Newsletters • Coaching scripts Later, I also want to integrate video transcripts. It should be easy for me to upload new documents at any time without requiring technical knowledge. ________________________________________ Writing Style The AI should do much more than retrieve information.
