AI engineer to mass-produce ad creatives

Creative automation engineer — we produce high-volume short-form ad creatives for music and want to automate the full pipeline. You'll build a system that takes structured inputs (persona, emotional intent, archetype) and outputs finished, on-brand video variants at scale — LLM-generated copy, programmatic/templated video rendering, and bulk delivery to Meta/TikTok ads, with a feedback loop that pulls performance data back to refine generation. Stack: Python/Node, an LLM API, programmatic video (Remotion / FFmpeg / a render API), and ad platform APIs. Bonus: generative video/image/audio model experience and a performance-marketing background. Show us a pipeline you've built that turned structured data into many finished media assets automatically.
