AssemblyAI Audio Integration Specialist (Node.js/Python Backend API Setup)

Looking for an experienced backend developer to integrate the AssemblyAI speech-to-text API into a soon to be completed software platform. The primary goal of this integration is clinical audio dictation. Allowing practitioners to record or upload audio and automatically generate structured clinical SOAP notes. The integration will utilize standard JSON/WebSockets for streaming and processing audio. Responsibilities: Setting up the core AssemblyAI API pipeline. Routing the transcription/structured payload data correctly into our existing database structure. Ensuring clean error handling and fast processing feedback for the end-user. Our backend tech stack is built on Laravel. This is a straightforward API integration for someone with the right experience.
