Build an AI Resume Intake Agent using Claude API + Gmail MCP + Tracker RMS

About the project: I run a trades and labour hire recruitment company in Sydney, Australia. I need a simple AI agent built that monitors my Gmail inbox for incoming resumes, extracts candidate information and automatically adds new candidates into our recruitment software (Tracker RMS). What I need built: The agent is already designed. I just need someone to build and configure it properly so it runs automatically. Here is the agent spec: Name: Resume Intake Agent Model: Claude Sonnet 4.6 Description: Monitors inbox for new resumes, extracts candidate information, adds candidates to Tracker RMS, and organises resume files into a desktop folder. What the agent does: 1. Monitors Gmail inbox for new emails with resume attachments 2. Extracts the resume file and saves it to a designated desktop folder (~/Desktop/Resumes/) 3. Parses the candidate's name, contact details and key skills from the resume 4. Adds the candidate as a new record in Tracker RMS with all relevant details 5. Confirms each action taken and flags any missing information Tools required: - Claude API (claude-sonnet-4-6) - Gmail MCP (gmailmcp.googleapis.com) - Tracker RMS API - File system access for desktop folder management What you need to know: - I will provide Gmail MCP access, Tracker RMS API credentials and all necessary login details - The agent needs to run automatically in the background without manual input - Built and deployed via the Anthropic Console - I am not a developer so clear documentation and a handover walkthrough is required What I'm looking for: - Experience with Claude API and MCP integrations - Familiarity with Gmail API or MCP - Experience with Tracker RMS is a bonus but not essential as long as you can work with their API documentation - Clear communication and ability to explain what you've built in plain English Scope: - This is a small, well-defined project - Estimated 3 to 5 hours of work with other agents I need to look into also that might be for a week or so set up - Australian based preferred but not essential To apply please include: - Examples of similar AI agents or automation tools you have built - Your proposed approach - Fixed price quote - Estimated turnaround time
