Create a model price prediction for ML.net based on machine learning. Net in C#

1-Organize and normalize maket data in csv format (I will provide it) 2- train the model in C# based on price, bid, ask, Volume, order flow and other advanced market data. 3-test and optimize the model using trading softwares (I will provide the software and license) 4- I'll provide further information.
