Full-Stack Developer / Systems Architect – Custom Offline PWA & Dual-Route API Pipeline

We are a boutique ESG and real estate advisory firm looking to hire a senior Enterprise Systems Architect / Full-Stack Developer to build BASE44—a scalable, proprietary software asset designed for high-frequency occupier and local population data capture. This project is deeply rooted in institutional real estate frameworks (e.g. GRESB) and requires an clear, high-performance architecture that completely avoids technical debt. We are executing this in structured, schema-driven phases. This initial posting is to secure the right technical partner for Phase 1 (Dashboard Interface Wireframing & Database Schema Design), following this we may extend into Phases 2 & 3 (Full Stack Build and Execution) with the right candidate. Technical Stack Requirements: Backend: Serverless microservices architecture (Node.js or Python via AWS Lambda / DigitalOcean). Queueing: Asynchronous data management using AWS SQS or Redis BullMQ. Databases: PostgreSQL (with RLS configuration) and Snowflake / AWS Redshift. Frontend: Lightweight, vanilla JavaScript/HTML canvas built on standard system font stacks and clean CSS-variable branding configurations. Mobile Engine: Offline-first PWA architecture with hard browser-state preservation constraints. Clean data hygiene is critical, strict database security separation, and transferable intellectual property code patterns.
