PoA&M Integration and Certificate Restoration

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to integrate a Plan of Action & Milestones (PoA&M) with a Cybersecurity Self-Assessment Questionnaire. Additionally, the freelancer will restore a certificate creating function in previous code. The ideal candidate should have experience in cybersecurity and software development, particularly in Python.
