What you'll build:
5 voice agents working together:
Safety/escalation agent (detects medical emergencies, routes to human)
Inbound qualifier (identifies caller intent, language, routes call)
Inbound handler (answers FAQs about services, pricing, packages)
Appointment confirmer (confirms or reschedules bookings)
No-show recovery (outbound calls to rebook missed appointments)
Plus an outbound re-engagement system for campaign-based calls to dormant leads.
Technical scope:
Platform: VAPI (or equivalent — propose alternative if you have a strong reason)
Languages: English, Arabic, Hindi — auto-detect + mid-call switching
Voices: 3 distinct female voices, one per language (ElevenLabs or similar)
Telephony: 6 numbers via GSM gateway + SIP trunk, per-number agent routing
Capacity: up to 200 concurrent calls / 50,000 minutes per month
Orchestration: n8n workflows for routing, triggers, and integrations
