Scope of work What you'll build: 5 voice agents working together: Safety/escalation agent (detects medical emergencies, routes to human) Inbound qualifier (identifies caller intent, language, routes call) Inbound handler (answers FAQs about services, pricing, packages) Appointment confirmer (confirms or reschedules bookings) No-show recovery (outbound calls to rebook missed appointments) Plus an outbound re-engagement system for campaign-based calls to dormant leads.
