WordPress Page Speed and Core Web Vitals Specialist

We are looking for an experienced WordPress performance specialist to improve the technical performance of three important SEO pages on an established UK business website. These pages target priority keywords and form an important part of our organic search strategy. We need someone who can improve their speed and Core Web Vitals without negatively affecting the design, content, functionality, tracking or SEO performance. Scope of Work The successful freelancer will be responsible for: Improving the loading speed of three existing WordPress pages Aiming for a loading time of under one second when tested through Pingdom Improving Core Web Vitals so the pages achieve passing results Working towards green performance scores in Google PageSpeed Insights Reviewing and optimising image loading, including lazy loading where appropriate Reducing unnecessary scripts, requests and other performance bottlenecks Ensuring the pages continue to display and function correctly across desktop and mobile Making changes safely without disrupting analytics, conversion tracking, SEO elements or other important website functionality Deliverables Technical performance improvements completed across all three pages Before-and-after results from Pingdom and Google PageSpeed Insights Confirmation of the changes made Details of any further recommendations or technical limitations Testing across desktop and mobile devices Required Experience Please apply only if you have proven experience with: WordPress website performance optimisation Core Web Vitals Google PageSpeed Insights Pingdom Image compression and lazy loading JavaScript and CSS optimisation Caching and content delivery networks Diagnosing plugin, theme and third-party script performance issues Optimising important SEO pages without harming rankings or on-page elements Experience working with WordPress page builders and performance optimisation plugins would be beneficial.
