Wordpress site Woocommerce shipping options

wesoldistribution.com : Our website is set up as two tier pricing and customers register as retail. We then move the wholeseller customer into the wholeseller group. Here is the issue and The scope of the Job: 1) The retail customer receives free shipping but if they need something overnighted they do not see any options to request this and add to their cart. We want the customer to be able to select Priority Mail or Overnight Express no other options because the default is USPS First Class mail. 2) The wholeseller side receives special pricing and this is in place and functioning. we have put weights on all the products so that the shipping can be calculated accuarately. However, there are not shipping options available only a flate rate is in place. We want the customer to be able to Choose only UPS Ground or 2nd Day no other options. Currently they have no options - they used to be in place, not sure what happened here. We are using woocommerce on our wordpress website. We are hosted on siteground server.
