AI Agent Engineer – Long-Term Memory & Multi-Business Workflow Orchestration

We’re seeking a skilled AI Developer to architect and deliver a production-grade custom AI agent that functions as a living extension of personal and multi-business knowledge. This system will handle email intelligence, automate end-to-end workflows, and maintain deep operational awareness across pharmacy, property management, and assisted-living ventures. The objective is a robust, always-on AI that surpasses standard ChatGPT limitations through durable long-term memory, on-demand recall of critical history, and proactive support for day-to-day operations—while also supporting voice AI interactions. Core Deliverables Durable Memory Architecture -Design and implement persistent storage + intelligent retrieval of conversations, decisions, insights, and cross-business data -Enable natural, context-rich recall (e.g., “What hiring decision did I make last month?”) -Seamlessly fuse historical records from multiple ventures into a unified knowledge layer Intelligent Email Orchestration -Auto-classify, prioritize, and route incoming messages (urgent / business / personal) -Produce concise thread summaries with clear action items -Generate style-matched reply suggestions grounded in prior communication patterns -Track follow-ups and surface smart reminders -Full integration with Gmail and/or Outlook APIs Business Process Automation & Tooling -Sync with Google Calendar, Slack, CRM platforms, and project tools -Auto-create tasks, monitor progress, and trigger follow-up reminders -Deliver daily priority briefings with actionable updates -Orchestrate workflows via Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and custom agents Security, Scale & Reliability -Secure data layer on Google Cloud, AWS, or equivalent enterprise infrastructure -Build for high availability, efficiency, and future expansion (including voice AI interfaces) Ideal Background -Proven track record building custom AI assistants / chatbots with long-term memory using GPT-4 / GPT-4o, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.) -Deep experience with email automation and Gmail / Outlook APIs -Full-stack capability (Python and/or Node.js preferred; React a plus) -Hands-on mastery of workflow platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n) and solid database design -Demonstrated delivery of production-ready AI chatbots or personal AI agents, ideally with voice AI components Engagement Details Budget: $30–$55/hour Timeline: 6–8 weeks to first usable MVP Preference: Long-term partnership (initial 3–6 months with strong potential for ongoing development & maintenance) If you’ve successfully shipped AI systems featuring persistent memory, intelligent email handling, multi-tool automation, and deep business integrations, share your portfolio I’d like to explore this opportunity with you.
