AI Agent Engineer to help build an ai agent that finds leads

We need a hands-on automation engineer to build the first working version - an end-to-end loop that finds trading companies, enriches them into contactable leads, scores them, drafts outreach, and stages everything in Airtable. The golden rule of this project is human-in-the-loop: agents draft leads, scores, and emails, but a person review before anything is sent or committed. You should be comfortable designing systems around that pattern rather than fully autonomous "fire and forget" automation. We value engineers who ship something visible every week over those who disappear for a month and return with a grand architecture.
