We are building an AI-driven marketing tool, a web dashboard that runs across Meta Ads and Google Ads, and we need an experienced AI developer to build the automation and AI layer. The job is to integrate the ad platform APIs, generate and optimize campaigns with LLMs, and turn performance data into action. Success means the system reliably improves ad outcomes with less manual work, and is clean enough for us to extend. What you will do - Integrate the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API and the Google Ads API - Build LLM features such as ad copy and creative generation, audience and keyword suggestions - Automate campaign analysis, optimization signals, and reporting - Build AI agents that turn performance data into recommended actions - Add guardrails and evaluation so AI output is reliable - Document the system and hand it off cleanly Requirements - Strong Python, comfortable with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs - Experience integrating ad platform APIs (Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API) - AI agent and automation experience - NLP fundamentals and solid prompt engineering - Clear written English and async communication Nice-to-have - Hands-on with paid ads (Meta, Google) beyond the API level - AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar) - Node.js for integration work - Marketing analytics experience Stack and working style Python, OpenAI GPT-4o, Meta and Google Ads APIs, React dashboard, PostgreSQL, async over Slack, short well-scoped iterations.
