AI Developer / Right Hand Dev - AI Agent Projects (Long Term)

I run an AI automation agency in Australia building agentic systems for businesses. Think AI receptionists, testimonial engines, back-office agents, custom dashboards. Real client projects, shipped fast. I'm looking for one dev to become my right hand on these builds. Not a one-off gig. If you're good, this is ongoing weekly work that grows. What you'll build: - AI agents using the Claude/OpenAI APIs (prompting, tool use, webhooks) - Backend services in Python or Node (FastAPI/Express), deployed on Railway or Vercel - Supabase (Postgres, RLS, edge functions) - Integrations: GoHighLevel, Make.com, n - Client-facing portals (Next.js/React) What I need from you: - Fluent written and spoken English. We'll talk on calls, not just chat. - You write your own messages. If your updates read like ChatGPT wrote them, this won't work.
