Bilingual Moodle Developer for LMS

Seeking a bilingual Moodle developer or firm with proven higher-education experience to build a fully custom, ABHE-compliant integrated LMS and Student Information System. The project involves creating a seamless user experience for students and staff, integrating with existing systems, and ensuring compliance with ABHE standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Moodle development and a strong understanding of higher education systems. If you have not worked in Moodle, do not apply. If you are not fully functional in both English and Spanish, do not apply. You must have completed at least one Moodle LMS project and be able to provide verifiable client references. Before submitting a proposal, you must read the MVP document we provide; proposals that do not reference it specifically will be disqualified without response. Moodle Administrator Qualification (MAQ) certification is ideal and candidates who hold it will be prioritized.
