Build a Flexible OpenClaw Personal Assistant Bot

We are looking for someone who can build a true personal assistant bot inside OpenClaw. The goal is not to create a separate bot or workflow for every individual task. We need one flexible assistant bot that can receive new instructions from us directly, understand the task, and complete it without needing the developer to manually set up a new automation every time. For example, we may have a repetitive one-time task such as researching apartments, collecting data, organizing information, filling out forms, creating lists, preparing outreach, checking websites, or handling admin tasks. We want to be able to simply give the bot a quick brief, explain what needs to be done, and have the bot execute the task properly. The person we hire should build the system in a way where we do not need to keep coming back to them every time we want the bot to do something new. What we need: Build a flexible OpenClaw personal assistant bot that can handle different types of tasks based on a short written brief. The bot should be able to: Understand new task instructions without needing a new setup each time Ask clarifying questions if the task is unclear Break tasks down into steps Execute repetitive admin and research tasks Work from simple briefs that we provide ourselves Return organized results in a useful format Be reusable for many different types of personal assistant and executive assistant tasks Important requirement: We do not want a system where every new task requires the developer to come back and create a separate workflow. The whole point is that after the bot is built, we should be able to give it new tasks ourselves. The developer should only be needed for improvements, maintenance, or adding major new capabilities, not for setting up every individual task. Examples of tasks the bot may need to handle: Researching apartment options based on specific criteria Finding cheap and fast transportation options Collecting contact information from websites Organizing information into a spreadsheet Comparing options and making recommendations Helping with email account setup research Finding viral TikTok content examples in a specific niche Researching competitors or creators in a specific market Repetitive data collection tasks General personal assistant and executive assistant work Ideal candidate: You should have experience building AI agents, automation systems, OpenClaw bots, personal assistant bots, or similar tools. You should understand how to build a general-purpose assistant system, not just isolated automations. You should be able to think through the full user experience, so that a non-technical person can give the bot a task and get a useful result back.
