Convert Images to .avif Format

I have an existing web scraper for a Vietnam real estate website. I need the following modifications made - I need the Titles and descriptions re-written by AI - they already go through translation software to change to english. And also I need the images to go through this process on the VPS - Real-ESRGAN + slight AI edit Real-ESRGAN upscale 2× Small crop (2–5%) AI relight/recolor via SDXL Original → Real-ESRGAN → SDXL img2img (strength 0.25) → AVIF
