Convert PDF Handwriting to Word

I have between 11 and 50 pages of handwritten notes, currently bundled as searchable-but-messy PDF files. I need every word re-typed into Microsoft Word with the layout, headings, line breaks, and any simple underlines or bullet points preserved exactly as they appear on the page...
