Elite Full-Stack Developer Needed — Go Backend + Next.js Frontend + AI Coding Tools

We are a fast-growing startup SaaS company with a team of 20 developers, and we are looking to bring on a true top-level full-stack developer who can help us move extremely fast. This is not a basic 9-to-5 developer role. We are building and launching a massive software platform, and we need someone who is highly skilled, dedicated, fast, and capable of owning major features from start to finish. Our current backend is built in Golang, and our frontend is built with Next.js. We need someone who is strong on both the frontend and backend, can understand complex systems quickly, and can produce clean, scalable, production-ready work. The ideal candidate has: * Strong full-stack experience across frontend and backend * Deep experience with Golang or the ability to work in Go at a high level * Strong Next.js / React frontend development skills * Experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, APIs, workflows, automations, and complex business logic * Extremely strong problem-solving skills * Ability to move fast without creating messy, unmaintainable code * Experience using modern AI coding tools like Codex, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools * Ability to use AI tools properly to ship features faster, debug faster, and improve productivity * Strong communication skills * Ability to work with an existing development team and contribute immediately We are not looking for someone who only writes small tasks or needs constant hand-holding. We need someone who can take a feature, understand the goal, think through the architecture, build it, test it, and get it ready for production.
