Fractional CTO for AI CRM Project

Seeking a Fractional CTO to support with the development of a talent management industry CRM SAAS business which has been developed using AI. The platform has a handful of active users, but unfortunately recently had a data breach due to an RLS update error and an active waitlist. Otherwise the platform is working well, but needs new features and UX improvements. Looking to have conversations with someone who can support with: - initial project review, strategic recommendations, security recommendations - ongoing support at agreed stage in production lifecycle (open to reccos on how to structure this) The project is React 18 + TypeScript app built on Vite, with shadcn/ui (Radix primitives) + Tailwind for the UI and TanStack React Query for data fetching/caching. The entire backend is Supabase — Postgres, Auth (with MFA), storage, and edge functions.
