🚀 Full Stack AI Engineer — Multi-Tenant Platform & AI Automation (Claude Code + Multi-Agent)

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer who can hit the ground running on a live multi-tenant SaaS platform. The role combines two tracks: resolving existing system issues and bugs, and building or extending AI-powered automation using Claude Code, multi-agent workflows, and modern AI tooling. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role. You'll work directly with the platform owner and need minimal hand-holding. What you'll work on Platform Stability & Issue Resolution Diagnose and fix bugs across the multi-tenant architecture (tenant isolation, data leakage, RBAC, API failures) Review and improve database schema design, query performance, and backend logic Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, production-ready solutions AI Engineering & Automation Build and orchestrate multi-agent pipelines using Claude Code and Anthropic's API Integrate AI tools (web search, document processing, custom MCP servers) into the platform Design agent workflows that handle real business tasks with reliability and traceability Implement guardrails, logging, and error recovery for autonomous agent actions Must-have skills Claude Code — hands-on experience building agentic systems, not just API calls Multi-agent architecture — orchestration, tool use, and inter-agent coordination Full stack proficiency — Node.js or Python backend + React or Next.js frontend Multi-tenant SaaS — tenant isolation, RBAC, and shared infrastructure patterns Databases — PostgreSQL or similar; schema design, indexing, query optimization REST & WebSocket APIs — building and debugging at scale Git & version control — clean commit history, PR-based workflow
