Full-Stack / SaaS Developer for Premium Custom Software Projects

The studio builds high-ticket, custom-coded applications for business clients, including SaaS products, customer portals, dashboards, internal tools, AI-powered applications, automation systems, and scalable web platforms. We are looking for strong Full-Stack / SaaS Developers who can build real products from scratch using modern coding frameworks. This is not a low-code/no-code role. What we are looking for: - Strong experience building custom SaaS products, dashboards, admin panels, customer portals, marketplaces, CRMs, internal tools, or AI-powered applications - Ability to work across the full stack: frontend, backend, database, APIs, integrations, deployment - Strong product mindset and ability to turn written - requirements into clean, working software - Experience building secure, scalable, and production-ready applications - Ability to work independently without client calls - Strong written English to understand technical requirements/specs and communicate clearly with the internal team Preferred tech stack: - Next.js - React - TypeScript - Node.js - Python - Supabase - PostgreSQL - AWS or similar cloud platforms - Stripe/payment integrations - API integrations - AI/LLM integrations are a plus Similar modern custom-coded stacks are also welcome. Important requirements: - Independent freelancers only - No agencies, outsourcing teams, or middlemen - No low-code/no-code builders - No Bubble, WeWeb, Webflow-only, WordPress-only, Wix, or drag-and-drop tools - Must be able to show real custom-coded project examples- - Must be comfortable signing an NDA before receiving detailed project blueprints - Must be comfortable working from written technical specifications, mainly through text communication - No client calls are expected Engagement model: Projects are handled through Upwork Fixed-Price Escrow with milestone-based payouts. There is no hourly tracking.
