Python Developer Needed for Web Scraping & Automation System

We are seeking an experienced Python developer to build a robust, automated web scraping system that monitors specific government procurement and tender portals. Key Requirements: - Development of custom Python scripts to accurately crawl and extract newly posted tenders. - Ability to handle and bypass complex server anti-scraping mechanisms (such as geo-restrictions/geo-blocking, custom firewalls, and request throttling) using proxies or specialized rotations. - Implement keyword filtering based on defined industry sectors. - Setup an efficient alert system (Webhooks, API integration, or instant notifications) to deliver data instantly. Important Note: Due to strict geo-restrictions on some target platforms, the developer must have experience in handling localized proxy configurations.
