Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer (AI Hiring Platform)

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer to build an AI-powered hiring platform that helps employers evaluate applicants using AI-assisted candidate matching, asynchronous video interviews, project simulations, and standardized scorecards. Scope Build a modern web application for employers and candidates. Develop AI-powered candidate matching with match summaries and skill-gap analysis. Implement recorded video interviews with AI-generated transcript summaries (content only). Build project simulations with AI-assisted rubric scoring. Create hiring pipelines, candidate scorecards, notifications, and employer dashboards. Design a scalable architecture with background job processing and secure data storage. Preferred Tech Stack TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Docker, Redis/BullMQ, AWS. Requirements Proven experience building SaaS applications. Experience integrating LLMs into production products. Strong system architecture and backend development skills. Experience with asynchronous processing and scalable APIs. Important This platform is designed as decision-support only. AI should assist employers by generating recommendations and summaries, but must never make automated hiring decisions.
