Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native / Cursor) — Take Over & Scale Production M&A CRM

We’re hiring a long-term senior or staff engineer to take over Acquiry CRM. It’s a live production M&A platform covering intake, enrichment, mandates/deals, client portal foundations, and opportunity landers. The job is to clean up overloaded areas, improve structure, and keep shipping a big feature roadmap. Stack: FastAPI, Postgres/Neon (pgvector), React/TypeScript/Vite, Fly.io, Bunny CDN, OpenAPI, OpenAI and enrichment providers. We already build with Cursor and multi-agent workflows. What we need: • An AI-native engineer. Cursor and the rest of the AI toolchain should be how you work day to day, not something you dabble in. • Comfortable taking over an existing codebase, improving structure and boundaries, and still shipping. • Full-stack production experience (backend, frontend, deploys, reliability). • Ongoing work. Dozens of features planned across docs, portal, NDA, teasers, enrichment, matching, desk tooling, and more. Plenty of real work here. This is not a short staff-aug gig. Long-term role.
