Senior Full-Stack SaaS Developer

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or small team) to become a long-term technical partner in building an enterprise SaaS platform called Reg44 Insight. Reg44 Insight is an AI-powered compliance platform designed for the children's residential care sector in England. The goal is to transform how independent Regulation 44 visits are prepared, conducted, and reported, reducing administrative time while improving compliance, evidence gathering, and reporting quality. This is not a simple AI chatbot or website. It is a secure, multi-tenant SaaS application with role-based access, document management, dashboards, reporting, and future AI capabilities. Current Progress Comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) completed (100+ pages) GitHub repository created Supabase project configured Lovable project started Product architecture and roadmap defined Phase 1 (MVP) The initial build should include: Secure authentication and user management Multi-tenant architecture (multiple organisations) Role-based permissions Dashboard Children's Home management Regulation 44 visit workspace Evidence capture Recommendation tracking Report generation and PDF export Responsive interface for desktop and tablet Secure database architecture Audit logging Future Phases Following a successful MVP, the platform will expand to include: AI-assisted report writing AI document analysis Regulation 40 management Regulation 45 quality reviews Mock Ofsted inspections Compliance dashboards Provider and Responsible Individual portals Subscription billing Advanced analytics and reporting Preferred Technology React or Next.js TypeScript Supabase PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) REST APIs GitHub AI integrations (OpenAI and/or Claude) Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, document management systems, dashboards, and regulated industries is highly desirable.
