Standalone app to update e-ink price tag displays via BLE

I’m looking for a developer to build a ready-to-use standalone application to update small e-ink price tag displays via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The application must run locally on my laptop and be usable on other computers as a standalone app. The required screen layout is simple: * three lines of text * one QR code * optional font size settings for each text line The app should allow me to: * select the e-ink device to update * manage a list of devices with name and BLE address * add, edit, delete, and search/filter devices * generate the e-ink screen content from the form * send the update to the selected e-ink display via BLE * export the equipment/device database as a backup file * import the equipment/device database on another computer The devices are electronic shelf label / e-ink price tag displays, around 2.66 inches to 4–5 inches. I want a complete working application, not just a feasibility study. The final deliverable should include: * the standalone application * source code * basic instructions to install/use it * database export/import function Please apply only if you have experience with BLE communication and hardware/device integration. Experience with e-ink displays or electronic shelf labels would be a strong plus.
