Web-Based Nmap Scanning Tool

I need a small application that wraps Nmap and exposes its power through a clean, browser-based dashboard. The tool must be able to trigger full TCP, UDP and SYN scans against targets I enter, then stream or refresh the results live in the web interface so I can sort, filter and export them...
