APP Development for Research

I'm looking for a developer to build a web platform for implementation science research in health. The stack is a React/TypeScript front end on Vercel with Supabase (Postgres, auth, row-level security) behind it, and the core engineering work is an ingestion layer that syncs read-only from the REDCap API, validates a defined data contract, detects mid-study schema changes, and derives implementation phase by comparing clinical records against a study activity timeline the platform holds itself. You should be comfortable designing a relational data model for multi-tenant, multi-country studies with versioned indicator definitions and immutable published snapshots, and building a configuration UI that non-technical research coordinators can actually use. Experience with REDCap, health research data, or LMIC health systems is a strong advantage but not essential; a track record of shipping small, well-scoped products and a willingness to hold a tight scope line matters more. There's a working synthetic data fixture and REDCap API emulator already built, a full specification, and a demo deadline in a few months.
